It demonstrates the fact that you are fallible, just as your employees are. This might not seem like a great way to lead, but in many cases people are loyal to those that can show humanity.
Believe in synergy. Have a good grasp of your own personal goals. Understand just what your goals in business are. There should be good alignment and maybe even overlap between them. It is always wise to strive to attain both simultaneously. If you are unable to do this, you won’t have as much enthusiasm.
